Immediate need for a Reservation Manager working with a large, Fortune 500 company. This potential employee would be part of the conference and reservations team and would be supervising around 10 employees on a daily basis to act as a lead while high call volume requesting conference space throughout the United States. This position would also require mentoring, training, generating reports and projecting goals. This potential Manager would be acting as a liaison between internal clients and conference coordinators to make sure that everything is taken care of down to the smallest details. This position is seeking a highly professional candidate with a few years of experience in a Concierge/Hospitality type of a role or a high-level Customer Service Supervisor.
